Focsle manages its crew from manning office in Mumbai. Before joining the vessel our office Departments ensure that each applicant is suitable, well qualified with proper screening before placement. Doing so ensures that each and every joiner is properly examined to the highest possible standard.
Additionally, the crew managers will ensure the crew meet STCW, Flag State. MLC requirements, fully familiar with the Company's SMS and that they have the necessary backing from shore for their duties to be safely performed.
